Miranda IM v0.7.4 Preview Release #2 Discussion

Miranda IM v0.7.4 Preview Release #2 is now available. This preview release is meant for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY. It is recommended that you backup your database before installing. The preview release cycle is meant to address any outstanding issues before any final release to the public. Any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Note: Do not overwrite your mirandaboot.ini file when upgrading over an existing installation.

Robert, what about these fixes we asked in 074 pr1? we posted revision numbers fot these fixes we would like to have in 074. will they ever be included?

BlackFox, I haven't gone back and reviewed the last PR#1 thread but if something needs to be included you need to talk to the plugin maintainer not necessarily Robert or Borka in all cases.
Also just because its asked for does not mean it will be included, depending on the fix and the need and what it involves has more to do with it.

v8.0? You're probably dreaming now.
Latest NIGHTLY is v0.8. You'll have to wait at least five (5) years before v8.0 will be released.

With version 0.7.4 #2 and 0.8.0 #8 I can not log in in MSN. I have an live.com account. In the options there is the login server messenger.hotmail.com entered. But with this address or this here messenger.live.com - both let me no log in. Hmm, but I got no error messages displayed. If I logged in with Windows LIve Messenger there have no troubles.
