visual notification (popup) for coming online?

I dont know how to form my question, donr know if it is a plugin or option.
I would like the feature to get a visual notify when some of my friends in my contact list comes online...it is like in Skype:when the user comes online I get a popup next to the clock in the right bottom corner the XYZ is going online, stays some seconds and disappar.
Is there in Miranda such feature or plugin to have this?

I have A sound when someone comes online Options---events---sounds, but in addition I would like to have also a popup.

... with PopupPlus or YAPP. Neither one would do anything by itself; they need to work together. ;-)
