It can notify you with a popup when someone changed his/her client. Also supports logging to a file.
Requires Fingerprint v0.0.0.18 or later to work correctly.

Again.. is there any hope for a full set of notification-plugins from whole to one?
This might be: SMR, SMCN, CCN, ACN, NCN, ... maybe in cooperation with NAS or any popup-plugin :)
There should be options to enable or disable certain features of course!
I am quite sure there is some wasted code in every plugin that could be cutted from whole to one. And at the same time general bugs appearing at the development of all notifiers could be solved at one time.

Why dreamer? I think that it'll happen sometime, and we'll see all-in-one notification plugin. But how long we should wait till someone decide to develop it?
