Avatar Service Crushes

I`m using Avatar Service 0.0.1.21.
It's contantly crushes for me after loading large amount of avatars.
Not necessarily at once.

Program crashed on Friday, 7 Apr 2006 at 16:18:16.

Well... You were right... It did solve it!
Can you explain to me what exactly was the problem?
How can it be solved without desabling avatars in popups (I like this feature).

Edit:
After showing all of my contact list avatars (avatars in popups disabled) I enabled back the avatars in popups and it worked just fine.
But after restarting miranda and trying to load all my contact list avatars (with avatars in popups) it crush again.
Then I try again to load all my contact list avatars (avatars in popups diabled) and it didn't crush.
It did popup a red popup saying:

block realloc affected contact: [random contact].

[random contact] - Well it's not ramdom because when I doing the same thing in the same order it's always the same contact. But I can't understand the pattern

Edit 2:
Using YAPP didn't cause any crush but the same red popup had shown.
