changed MSN mail address (new account), how get contacts

    Hallo,

i changed my hotmail account on MSN to a new account, with my old, but real, mail address.

now what do i have to do, to resend the 'allow-me' option, or how it is called, so that all my buddy add me to their server list again?

in the options->MSN-Serverlist, is can see, that with the new account, nobody has added me right now, what are my next steps?

I think you will have to delete each contact and readd them.

but will that keep my history?

and is there no way, if somebody accidently ignored my 'allow-me', to resend it?

like in ICQ Protocol? right klick + request authorisation?

I am not an msn expert, but I think that your contact have to add you again or you have to add them again.

thank you. i was just wondering, because that option is on the ICQ protocoll, to just 'request autorisation' per right klick.

isn't that something that could be added?
