    Hello,
    maybe someone can help me,
some plugins use TortoiseCVS some others TortoiseSVN,
have someone any idea to prevent TSVNCache.exe from stay in the memory/tasklist after finished the SVN uptate?

I am using tortoise SVN and I never found the way to do it :(

I always got the TSVNCache.exe running.

But one option I suggest you to uncheck is the
"Show overlay status icons recursively" in options Look and Feel -> Icon Overlays.

It slows down your computer ;)

No, I think the cache handler is launched by the explorer extension (which is a dll loaded into windows explorer to handle the context menus). There is no registry entry for it.

I also think, it should not be disabled and it doesn't hurt. It takes minimal memory and other resources, so you should just ignore it.
