Miranda IM don't connects after an internet connection failure

I have noted, that if there is an internet connection failure from some reason, after the internet connection restored, Miranda IM don't trys to connect, but remains disconnected until I connecting manually.
This is unlike Windows Live Messenger, which automatically connects, when it detects an internet connection.
Why this is happening?

You need to install KeepStatus plugin.

There are three KeepStatus plugins:
1. KeepStatus (Unicode) 0.8.0.97
2. KeepStatus (ANSI) 0.8.0.97
3. KeepStatus64 (Unicode) 0.8.0.97a
What is the differencies between them, and which of these versions is recommended for me?
My Miranda IM installation is portable, and have a hebrew language pack (Probably Unicode).

Update: I downloaded KeepStatus (Unicode) 0.8.0.97, and it seems to works fine.
