Facebook Plugin Connection & Contacts List ~ PLEASE HELP!

I have installed the Facebook plugin but cannot get it to work at all (yes it's enabled with my name & password entered correctly, I have reinstalled and restarted miranda a few times now, re-typing these in each time). Please let me know if this should be moved to technical support instead.

1) After forcing my status to 'Online' I appear to be logged in, but only for about one minute at most, and then disconnected.
2) I have never at any point seen my facebook friends appear in the Contacts List, and when I click the 'search friends' or whatever button, only Skype appears in the dropdown menu as an option (the only other protocol I'm using right now).

Any fixes for these? I tried searching all over this site but didn't find anything that helped :/

First of all, there are 3 ways to get Facebook work in Miranda.

1) Facebook Plugin (by Jarvis)
2) Facebook Plugin RM (by me)
3) Facebook over XMPP (through Jabber plugin)

I recommends you my plugin, which should work. You can find it on addons.

I think I probably installed one of the other facebook plugins, when I meant to grab yours. I carefully re-downloaded the one you authored and what do you know, works like a charm.

Facebook through Jabber always works, and you do not need to install anything. It's part of default Miranda distribution.

Sorry I just downoaded your updated version with miranda 0/9/52 and it never worked for me.
Is it for ANSI or UNICODE version of the miranda ?
