jabber lost messages

I sign off the jabber server, pick a nickname from contact list and click "send message".
Miranda does not show an error message, though I'm offline and I'm NOT signed on at the moment.
This message is stored in the history as well, but later it won't be delivered to the recipient.
I think there is an error in jabber protocol realization given to the fact that as I try to send a message like this in ICQ
while being offline and signed off I see the message "You cannot send messages when you are offline".
Please fix it.

I have a similar problem as original poster. I tried using the suggested DLL, but it only works for Miranda 0.10, which I don't want to use as it's not stable.

When I send a message to an offline contact, Miranda sends it without error reports, but the contact never receives it. When I use another client (JWchat), I get the error report.

I can see contact returning error 503 when I look at the network log: log-jab.txt

Do you have delivery notififations enabled in Jabber options?

In general "Message Sessions" options, I have enabled "Show warning when message has not been received after 10 seconds".

In Jabber options, I have enabled "Send messages slower, but with full acknowledgement".

I don't know if there's another option to enable delivery notifications.
