Miranda as Windows Installer (msi)

Hi again,

yesterday Miranda IM 0.9.49 was released, so here's the Windows Installer package for it. Like before, this installer includes the x86 Unicode version together with the Extra Plugin-Ins Pack, but the additional plugins can be selected in detail in the installer. And like before the modified mirandaboot.ini is included to auto-create a profile in the user's appdata folder if none exists.

Additionally, you can download some of my favourite plugins packed as an MSI based on the latest downloads from the plugins page. You can select the plugins in the installer in detail.

I didn't change something in the addons package, so this is ok. I'll update it with one of the next versions when I have some time to search for new versions of all included addons.

My favourite plugins are available as MSI, too, but I didn't update that package since 0.10.0.8, so they are working, but may be a bit outdated.
