Sorry for the delay. No improvements.

I'll leave my both my router and miranda configs just to make sure.

    Also,

MSN Messenger and Skype give me proper data transfer speeds.

    1. On the screenshot port forwarding rules are Disabled on the router (Enable checkbox is not checked)... No wonder they do not work....
    2. Didn't I say that you cannot use UPnP and manual port will not work. I see that UPnP checkbox is still checked in Miranda....

Nevermind that, the screenshot was from when I was setting the ports, so it doesn't show me enabling them. Also, the firewall IS disable, so I still fail to see how that would change anything.

    I'll try this, tho.

As I told you before, disabling firewall does absolutely nothing.

Port forwarding need to work though. Please provide screenshot where port forwarding is enabled.

And please follow instructions on Port Forwarding:

No firewall means no blocked data-package. Also my router automatically forwards everything to 192.168.1.2 (my computer), so it SHOULD handle it itself. In fact, right now, I have an Apache server, an SVN and P2P transfers seamlessly.

Still, in about an hour or two, when I get home, I'll try your solution. It's just that I don't get why it's not working, what's in conflict.

Well, for p2p to work both sides need to be capable of doing it. For instance, if I am at work no matter how many ports you open, you will not be able to establish p2p with me.

And I see Apache, SVN, and uTorrent in forwarded port list enabled on a screenshot ... So not sure what are you trying to say ....

I explained that before, that screencap was outdated by the time I posted this. If you watch close enough, too, you can see they forward to .3, which is not a valid address (it is, there's just no system connecting there).

Incidentially, all those options ARE under "Firewall".

Also, anyone aware of how do other apps work around this "issue" to provide more standard speeds(even if it's cheating or something not quite "pretty")? Why, under same router and net config, MSN Live 2011 transfers just fine?

    Have no idea network log?

I do not have a problem you do, so please provide as much information as possible about your configuration, network setup, etc. Firewalls antiviruses, routers, complete miranda network log from before login to the problem. And any other information that could be relevant.

Now it works. I don't know if it's just the router catching up now with the configuration or what, but it does.
