Notifications of what? Generally you need to ignore or accept automatically what's coming in if you don't want it on tray.

There are tray icon settings in all plugins that support group chats.

Yes. You'll see a lot of check boxes in group chat options. Showing things in tray are there too.

Tell which plugin you are using if you can't find.

i have 2 questions,
its possible to get the icon "quote last message OR selected text on the groupchat"?
i was using and old build and i noticed there was an updated version so i've downloaded this binary and replace it on my build if i go to Help->About it shows the version i've downloaded but if a friend check the version im using it appears the old one i was using before, whats wrong?

..here's one .. is there, will there, or is it even possible anymore, .. to do a better job of organizing the myriad options scattered everywhere by every plugin? .. seems everyone has their own tabs, tree items, checkboxes and various other things, put in what seems like a minimum of three different places .. each with options to 'disable', 'enable', 'modify' or otherwise change something else, that can be cancelled out, duplicated, confused with, or otherwise just plain missed, whilst attempting to find, alter, change or customize anything else ... ¿ <- and if that made sense to anyone, you know what's being asked :P
