Temporary Contacts not visible in Contact List

Hello Miranda Community,

first of all a huge thanks for making Miranda the only really awesome alternative client for ICQ and other networks!

And I was wondering if maybe someone in here could help me with a little problem of mine, I just can´t seem to figure it out myself.

Everytime I contact someone who isn't in my list the contacts number shows up for a glimpse and is then instantly removed from the contactlist. If I then look up the ICQ-serverlist the Contacts are shown there, but not on my main Miranda window. I would like to be able to see them there also. Tried reinstalling, database-repair, fondled with probably all options but still they vanish.

Funny thing is when I first write a contact, its moved to no group at all. And then when I restart Miranda the Contacts show up and are moved to the "Not in List" standart ICQ group. So I figure it might have something to do with how the ICQ serverlist stores or processes its data?

Hi. Please look at Options -> Events -> Ignore. Are the contacts unticked there?

To answer your question: Yes all unticked.

That means they are hidden from contact list. Ticking the contacts will show them, if that was the main problem.

Well yes that really let them show up, Thank you very much.

Is there an option to have them ticked automatically? Because I don´t want to do that manually? And why does Miranda suddenly behave like this? It didn't do that beforehand.
