Make chat room icon blink/flash when someone says something?

Is it possible to make the chat rooms in the contact list give away some sort of notification when someone says something inside a irc chat room? Like blink/flash the icon similar to when someone talks to you on MSN? Or make the chat room names bold or anything like that, is this possible?

There is a setting to flash window when someone speaks and you can display activity on contact list by changing "Online contacts to whom you have a different visibility".

Options -> Customize -> Fonts & Colors -> Contact List

That did the trick, now the text gets bold when there is a new message in the irc chat room. Thanks =)

Edit: Though nothing seems to happen if someone sends a notice to the channel, only on regular text does it display activity, possible to change this?
