I don't get it. What's the point?
Looks like some fishing scheme.

Ok, I'll try to explain my point. Which I don't take for granted to be obvious, as you seemingly do.
I've clicked on your first link, where I see a page that's not twitter.com and it's asking me for my twitter user/pass. Since I don't know what twibbon is (should I?), for me this is a "fishing scheme". So I close it and come back to ask what's that.
Didn't meant to offend you with this "fishing scheme", but only to provoke some explanation.
Still the outcome looks like ... "no point"
Je ne suis pas d'accord avec ce que vous dites, mais je me battrai jusqu'Ã* la mort pour que vous ayez le droit de le dire.

Ok, I'll try to explain "Sign in with Twitter".

this is support page, but you can "Sign in with Twitter".
http://cid-452755d41821c3d9.skydrive...Twitter|_3.png
than, "http://twitter.com" will asking for you twitter user/pass.
http://cid-452755d41821c3d9.skydrive...Twitter|_4.png
redirected back to support page, don't need anything.
at last, Google "Sign in with Twitter", you will know that's Twitter API - "Sign in with Twitter is the pattern of authentication that allows users to connect their Twitter account with third-party services in as little is one click".

the point is not a fishing, no real safe in the world.
Yes, we know already it's not about fishing.
I'm sorry I implied it at the beginning, thus hijacking the thread.
