Miranda does not use OpenSSL any more.

Miranda 0.7 uses winssl.dll included in the distribution.
Miranda 0.8 has SSL built-into the core.

    Thanks!

    Why the message is here?
    (File: 0.8.0.15 Product: 0.8.0 alpha build #15)

And I nothing understand now! Why before that jabber don't work without ssl dlls?
And I now delete all of OpenSSL libs, but jabber now work!
    I have not winssl.dll.
    "SSL built-into the core"
Maybe has present problems in the jabber servers some time ago? :)
    Good! Thanks! I love miranda-im!

Miranda 0.8 Build #15 is old and thus unsupported testing build of Miranda, please download latest Miranda 0.8 Build#32

    Ok!
I found that sslay32.dll libay32.dll has been loaded from my mingw32 directory.
I delete it full! Sure, the Build #15 fully has not supports for SSL/TSL in core!
Jabber not work! Only with OpenSSL it possible.

    Hmm.. :\
If i try get Build#32, my old assembly of miranda will to cry replace many plugins...
full update it's trouble for me :)
    I use very-very old of clist_modern.dll 0.4.3.68
    :)
