Problem with reconnection

I have some problem with reconnection of Miranda. Today my internet connection broke and then only Skype reconnects, Gadu Gadu and MSN not. Why ?

Most likely your connection did not brake, but your ISP changed firewall rules. You need to setup Miranda for compliance with new firewall requirements.

I don't think my ISP changed because my internet connection is stable. I don't use firewall (except Windows firewall) too.

FYI, stability of Internet connections have have nothing to do with firewalls. And ISPs have in many cases more strict firewalls then users (depend on the nature of your ISP).

Well, you are connected through university campus. Call your university IT department and ask what they changed and how to get Miranda connected.

Believe me they didn't change anything. They use to communicate about changes. And my Miranda now is connected without problem. In my problem I meant that I had to reconnect Gadu Gadu and MSN manually.

Probably reverted/fixed whatever they did by now. Patience is a virtue...

After few days it stops to be intentional.

I was waiting last day about 12 hours for reconnection of Gadu-Gadu and MSN protocol and nothing. Don't you think it is enough ? After critical limit patience start to be defect...
