I need one plugin to send a message to multiple users

You could replace the default SRMM plugin with Scriver or tabSRMM. Scriver allows you to send a message to all open tabs with the Ctrl+Shift+Enter keyboard shortcut. With tabSRMM you can select the users to send the message to from the multisend contact list (Alt+M toggles the list on/off). Here's some more info about it:

nConvers+ has a similar feature too if I recall correctly.

yes, also nConvers++ supports multiple messages,
but this won't prevent you from being eventually
kicked off by server if spamming with ^_^

you simply open the panel to the right of your message window
and then check which contacts you want to send to

you can also choose a couple of options for arranging users
such as viewing them grouped or not
(without changing anything on your contact list)
and also showing only online ones

but the tabSRMM plugin works onli in olders versions of miranda
which plugin work in new version of miranda (0.7.7) in Win XP ?
and I can select the contacts to send message?
