I think you would need to send the message to every person in the group.
Maybe you could use some functionality to read the persons in the group and send messages to them ?
(I'm not sure if you could do this with MimCmd alone, I forgot if it has features to read database entries :) )

Hi,
I'd like to use my Miranda as a Notifier and am searching for a possibility to let it create popups with custom texts. Since Miranda is running all the time here, I thought it would be nice to be able to use it in batch scripts to display messages in an aesthetic way.

It would be very kind if you could add a command to display popups with custom text by a command line command.

Something like
mimcmd popup display "Title" "Text" DisplayDuration
or even better mimcmd popup display "Title" "Text" DisplayDuration #textcolor on #bgcolor

At the moment, there's only the possibility to enable or disable popups.

Why not use NotifyAnything together with sendlog? I'm able to display any user-defined text with custom title and icon as a popup using a batch command, with miranda 0.10.0.8 and PopupPlus 2.1.1.6

Because I didn't know about this possibility and cmdline was the only thing I thought of. Thank you very much for the suggestion.

whenever i try to run the "Mimcmd help" command from the cmd promp i get a generic memory error.

Here is the screenshot. It is in italian and it is a generic error. Tell me if you need me to translate it. :)
