I just clicked right on a name in my contact list and I saw the option "Contact rate"
what's behind all this?

I noticed that the tray icon isn't updating. Mine still appears as 'offline' in whatever status mode I'm in.

The bug in early build 8 where KeepStatus kept reconnecting even when manually disconnected (global offline or similar) was actually the only time that KeepStatus correctly detected connection issues (other than manual disconnection) and started the reconnection procedure.
So I think that whatever it is there, it's definitely very confusing for KeepStatus to detect whether the disconnection was an accident or deliberate, at least on a Win9x system. UnregistereD has tried working that out in the past, without success.
Now in build 9, the old behaviour is back: KeepStatus won't detect an accidental disconnection. My question is: would it be possible for netlib (or whatever may be responsible) to make a clear separation between a deliberate disconnection and an accidental one?
As soon as i connect to MSN i get bogus "messages" from offline contacts. The messages are some stuff out of my history. Switched back to msn.dll from build #7 -> everything fine.
