Don't know what would cause it, but it seems that the 'Automatic send on connection' and 'Asl' message texts aren't being saved any longer.

that mouseover 'ToolTip' that you're referring to is supplied by Tipper, not PopUpPlus. the first suggestion would be to update the Tipper plugin, the current version is 0.4.1.9
