Hey you are in the miranda graphics...I have question.

I posted here a ..bug maybe..I do not know.. I want to publish my icon set but I am not sure where is the problem with blending. other people will use skins and it might not work for them.. take a look at the picture..the semi transparent pixels are not blended properly in mtooltip popup and skinned clist..in skinless clist they are fine. Why?
